1. Services
EliteBallonDecor provides balloon and flower decoration services for events including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and more across Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after mutual agreement on date, service, and advance payment (if applicable). We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
3. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of any advance paid. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable as materials and arrangements are already in place.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate event details (venue, date, time) and ensuring access to the venue for our team to set up decorations. Any delays caused by incorrect information may affect the final result.
5. Pricing
All prices are quoted based on the specific requirements of each event. Final pricing is confirmed before booking. Prices may vary based on materials, complexity, and travel distance within our service area.
6. Liability
EliteBallonDecor is not liable for any damage to venue property caused by decorations unless due to our negligence. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).
7. Photography
We may take photos of our decoration work for portfolio and promotional use. Please notify us in advance if you do not wish for your event to be photographed.
